Spoken with Eyes: Glimpses of Postdot Graphic Design

Spoken With Eyes – Glimpses of Postdot Graphic Design, international exhibition curated by the Sacramento Art Directors and Artists club.

Agathe Jacquillat and Tomi Vollauschek from FL@33 were invited by the Sacramento Art Directors and Artists Club to submit Trans-form magazine, a compilation of photographs, graphics and illustrations that was later exhibited in California.

Press release:
Graphic design is everywhere. It's more than just logos. Far more. Graphic design permeates. Clothing, buttons, skateboards, packaging and drapes. Computers and copiers make every person a potential publisher. Professionals reevaluate their craft. Bottled water at Target. Time Magazine articles on Shepard Fairey. Fonts made from sausages. Downloadable everything. Graphic design reacts. Since the dots burst, the world changed. Today we have access to design as never before. Has it become more playful, more serious? Innovative, personal, resourceful? A glimpse of what's happening RIGHT NOW.

Curators: Steve Mehallo, Terri Wayne, S. Brett DeBoer, Aaron Winters. Director: Tim McNeil. Preparator: John T. Fulton.
